You will be required to read and sign a waiver for each visit and in some instances a registration form or intake form will need to be completed. A clipboard and pen will be provided and disinfected between uses, and will be waiting on the front porch.
For treatments, clients who must be accompanied by a parent, caregiver, or companion and are entering the premises (if applicable), will also need to read and sign the waiver. Only one parent, caregiver or companion is permitted to accompany the client a this time.
During treatments, it is obvious that physical distancing is not applicable, however, we ask that you maintain a safe distance before and after treatment.
For yoga classes, please maintain physical distancing at all times.
Please sanitize your hands upon entry/exit. As always, we ask that you remove your shoes and leave them in the front entrance. If you would like slippers or socks for your comfort, please bring your own. It is good practice at this time to have slippers or socks on at all times while walking through the studio space.
Masks/face coverings are required when you are in the studio at all times for treatments. Yoga students are required to wear masks/face coverings at all times but are NOT required while practicing. For yoga classes, please place your mats on the designated spaces. Markings will be indicated on the studio floor with measured physical distancing.

We will no longer provide towels, but will have paper towel available for your use, along with a touchless soap dispenser.
The water cooler, coffee and tea stations will not be available during this time. I encourage you to bring your own water bottle. Drinking water after is an effective way to flush the toxins released during treatment and yoga classes.
